Do Rabbits Hibernate?

Rabbits use their ears to control their temperature, but their warrens are the best way they keep warm!The European Rabbit is one of our most commonly seen wild mammals. But in winter, these long eared rodents become a little harder to spot. So does the rabbit hibernate?

To find out, we headed to a local patch of woodland to see if we could find any trace of our local rabbits.
